Nixercise: A Breath of Fresh Air

Nixercise is a refreshingly realistic and jargon free approach to health, fitness and nutrition which has a devoted following. Get fit and stay healthy, make friends and feel at one with nature.

We simply advocate keeping it simple – from exercising in the outdoors to eating uncomplicated foods free from sugar or additives. Laughing is positively encouraged, as is making time to relax and enjoy the company of like-minded people.

Founded by Nix Ticehurst in 2009, we offer group fitness classes in and around the beautiful Oxfordshire countryside, whatever the weather. Working out in the wonderful fresh air helps to create a toned and flexible body, calm the mind and balance your emotions.

All classes are non competitive.

Earlybird Prices last until the start of term - bookings after term has started will incur an extra £10 admin fee. For the summer only, we are allowing children 14 years or over to attend the classes. All children will be the responsibility of the parent. If hoping to bring children please email Emma at [email protected] There will be no charge for children. If attending with a child/children to the boxing classes, the parent must box with their child or brothers/sisters can box together.

  • BodyWeight (Mondays)

    Monday Bodyweight class involves a full body workout using only bodyweight. The Bodyweight classes involve some running and lots of fast high intensity work. The class is designed for clients confident with high intensity interval workouts.

    A great introduction to Nixercise. The outdoor classes involve a strong 45 minute walking workout with a few extras to strengthen and tone along the way. The sessions build fitness, strength, stamina and flexibility.

    A strong and highly effective abdominal workout to music using a swiss ball.   The class finishes with a full stretch.   Clients need their own ball and a yoga mat.   A strong core is one of the main components of health and fitness.
