  • BodyWeight (Mondays)

    Monday Bodyweight class involves a full body workout using only bodyweight. The Bodyweight classes involve some running and lots of fast high intensity work. The class is designed for clients confident with high intensity interval workouts.

  • Power Walk (Mondays)

    A great introduction to Nixercise. The outdoor classes involve a strong 45 minute walking workout with a few extras to strengthen and tone along the way. The sessions build fitness, strength, stamina and flexibility.

  • JOGIT (Tuesdays)

    JOGIT is a 45 minute class involving walking and jogging, the jogging builds up slowly over the weeks.

  • Stretch It Like Yoga (Thursdays)

    As it says on the tin, Stretch it Like Yoga is a stretching workout to calming tunes and is designed to effectively tone, stretch and lengthen muscles.  The class also involves some balance work and a few minutes of relaxation to finish. Clients needs a yoga mat.

  • 20:25 (Thursdays)

    This class involves a fast boxing workout to upbeat music followed by yoga to tone stretch and relax – a sweet fusion of strength and flexibility.  Clients need a yoga mat.

  • FLEXI-PASS

    The FLEXI-PASS is designed for clients who can attend 4 or more classes per week.  The pass gives complete freedom to join any of the classes running on the current timetable at that time and is renewable each new term.
