    BodyWeight (Mondays)

    Monday Bodyweight class involves a full body workout using only bodyweight. The Bodyweight classes involve some running and lots of fast high intensity work. The class is designed for clients confident with high intensity interval workouts.

    AB ATTACK (Wednesdays)

    NEW for September 2019!  Designed to fully target abdominal muscles, this class will tone and strengthen tummy muscles!  The workout takes place to upbeat music and will also give the legs and arms a good workout too, with a relaxing yogic stretch out to finish.  Clients need their own yoga mat.   A strong core is one of the main components of health and fitness.
